Phil Breeden

PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER

Phil Breeden is the President and Founder of FirstCall. He graduated from the University of Arkansas and worked for several years with Southwestern Company where he managed the student sales force. Phil went on to work in the real estate business, then as a contractor. In the 1980’s, Phil met some public adjusters on the west coast, and after a short time in this rewarding business, knew that he had found his perfect job! After a few years on the west coast, Phil returned home to become the very first public adjuster in Tennessee, building his success into the oldest and largest public adjusting firm in Tennessee—FirstCall, Inc.
