At FirstCall, Inc. we are committed to providing top-tier public adjusting services to help our clients maximize their insurance claims. As a service-based company, we do not offer refunds for our services once they have been rendered.

However, in the rare event that a refund is warranted, such matters will be reviewed and determined at the sole discretion of FirstCall, Inc. management team. Any discussions regarding potential refunds will take place directly between our management and the client on a case-by-case basis.
